Our renovated 1940s Tudor is located in the heart of East Nashville and is the perfect fit for gatherings of all shapes and sizes. Families, friends and business travelers are welcome here.

Located in a quaint neighborhood, some of Nashville's legendary dive bars are across the street; a short walking distance from retail/vintage/coffee shops; and 5-12 minute Uber rides can get you to 5 Points, the Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium & the heart of Broadway in downtown Nashville.
Our home is vibrant, colorful and designed with love ❤️. Traditional features, luxury finishes and hardwood floors throughout the primary two floors with a backyard big enough for a righteous flag football game and a basement lounge fit for a king (or a bunch of queens 👸 💅).

The first floor features a gourmet kitchen, dining room, 2 of the 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub / shower and the main indoor living / social space.

On the second floor, you'll find the spacious master suite with an attached bathroom and walk-in shower. Across from the master suite is a book-filled flex room with day / trundle bed combo + big screen TV. This space has three go-to use cases:

1) to get the kids out of your hair for a few hours (Bluey & Octonauts anyone?!)

2) to get your super hungover friend Bobby a spot to binge YouTube Shorts until he's ready to be a human again

3.) to get Rebecca her own dedicated vanity nook because she's a mirror hog and doesn't give anyone else space in the bathroom!

Our freshly updated 1930s bungalow blends Nashville’s rich heritage with contemporary yet tasteful flair -- the only cliché cowboy kitsch here is the private cowboy tub (and some cool art)!

Kick back in the bespoke, cheerful interiors; unwind in the tranquil, private backyard (complete with private karaoke room!); sip coffee on either porch; head to the park for a pickleball battle (we provide gear); or explore any of TEN award-winning culinary destinations less than 100 steps from our door.
Inside you'll find a cozy living room with a SmartTV, two bedrooms (1 King + 1 Queen) each with a vanity/desk + closet, and a completely rebuilt spa-like bathroom featuring a luxurious soaking tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, a bistro table, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and multiple coffee preparation devices for fellow caffeine aficionados.

Outside enjoy a front porch swing, secluded covered back patio with lounge seating, dining area, fire pit, private karaoke lounge, dipping pool, and sun loungers — perfect for relaxing day through night.
