We’re Zack and Char — your Nashville neighbors and hosts. We moved here from NYC five years ago and have been sharing our homes with guests for the last two. We fell hard for Nashville’s people-first vibe, tight-knit communities, and the incredible access to nature just outside the city.

We’re serious foodies (don’t worry, your custom Google Maps list won’t be this huge) — Char works in climate tech and Zack does strategic marketing for hospitality concepts, so we love blending local flavor with thoughtful, guest-focused details. We believe in the power of “in real life” — that unhurried, shared moments matter more than ever in a tech-filled world.

Our little crew includes 18-month-old Mazie and our nine-year-old Boykin Spaniel, Briscoe. We’re excited to welcome you to Nashville and help make your stay feel warm, easy, and authentically local.
